My son needed and oil change and brake and rotors inspection on his 2018 Colorado. Appt made online for 1300 hrs. Initially told they would need to keep truck overnight. After conversing with shop he was told truck would be ready at end of day. Payment was made online. Son arrived at shop and truck was already tucked deep in shop. A cpl employees took time to move other veh to get his out for him. Having not ever stepped foot in shop everyone I talked to on the phone was very receptive to expectations and needs of customer. Just waiting on full invoice. Son, will definitely be a return customer. Great job Greg's Garage

Shocking how much a tune up cost in the 21st century! It was double the cost of the cheapest place I found but I haven't needed a car mechanic for 20 years. I didn't want to gamble on some business I had never used so I chose Greg's since a friend had great service there & it gets good reviews in Reno News & Review. The repair maxed out my credit card! I'm still feeling that I was overcharged but I do recommend their quality work!

I can’t recommend Greg’s Garage enough. I’m a repeat customer and have a huge amount of confidence in the work they do. I’ve brought my car in with some pretty serious issues, and they’ve always done their best to fit me in, prioritize what needed attention, and make sure everything was properly taken care of. I especially appreciate how well they listen—even when I don’t necessarily have the right words to explain what’s going on with my car. I can describe what I’m feeling or noticing, and they take the time to figure out what the actual problem is. Most recently, they absolutely saved me right before I was about to leave on a road trip, making sure my car was sorted and ready to go. That kind of care, responsiveness, and trust is hard to find. Really grateful for the team at Greg’s Garage. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car back, and I highly recommend them!

I couldn’t believe how expensive it was to do a synthetic oil change and remove and replace 6 spark plugs. On top of that,you had my truck from 9am until 4pm and then your ability to process a credit card was down when you finally finished up with the repair. And, had an appointment. I will never return nor will I recommend your shop. Very disappointing experience and in my opinion,customer service.
